- We are baking the cherry tomatoes and onions with three spoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, white wine, salt and fresh ground pepper and 1 spoon of pine nuts for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
- After that, we cut the cod fish in pieces of 4-5 cm, we add paprika, 1 teaspoon of pine nuts, 3 spoons of olive oil, salt and we bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
