Grilled octopus on the charcoals, Mediterranean Diet, The Cretan Diet



  1. Clean and wash the octopus and boil over low heat, until it absorbs its broth. 
  2. Then remove from heat and strain, season with salt and pepper, brush with a little olive oil and place over charcoals. 
  3. When done, arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with oil, vinegar and oregano.
