- Fried swordfish with garlic

  • Some beer
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour
  • Extra virgin olive oil $
  • Fresh Mediterranean swordfish



  1. Wash the swordfish. 
  2. In a bowl pour some beer, crush a little garlic, add the cumin, salt, pepper, mix them all well and immerse the swordfish in this mixture. 
  3. Next roll the fish in flour and fry with extra virgin olive oil over moderate heat. 
  4. Serve the swordfish hot and accompany it with skordalia and boiled greens.
