- 1 cod filet
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil ^eleon^ $
- 1 onion
- 1 wine glass white wine
- 1/2 kilo tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Saute onion with oil, add the cauliflower and extinguish with wine.
- Add the ground tomatoes, salt, pepper and a little water and let them boil for a while.
- Place the unsalted cod on top and finish cooking by tossing the pot a couple of times instead of stirring with a ladle.
